Refund Policy
We offer a full refund if the student withdraws before the commencement of classes. However, once classes are confirmed and the student has attended a session, refunds will not be provided.
If a customer wishes to discontinue our services, they must notify JH Quran Academy via our office email before the start of the month. Failure to do so will require the customer to pay the full monthly fee.
If you need to take a leave for a month or more during your course, you must inform us via email before the month begins. However, if classes have already started during that month, the full monthly payment will be required.
There is no refund policy for public holidays and for absentees without any prior notice.
