Welcome to JH Quran Academy. By registering for online Quran classes for yourself or your child, you kindly agree to the following terms:

1) Class Recordings

Some classes may be recorded to maintain quality and improve our services. If you are not comfortable with recordings, please let us know in advance.

2) Trial Classes and Fees

• We offer free trial classes before regular enrollment.
• After the trial, if you wish to continue, the monthly fee should be paid in advance during the last week of each month for the next month.
• Classes may be paused if the fee is not received on time.

3) Late Payments

If a fee remains unpaid for more than 7 days, JH Quran Academy may pause the classes until the payment is completed.

4) Holding a Slot

If you need to take a break but wish to continue later with the same schedule, the monthly fee must still be paid to keep your time slot reserved.

5) Leaves and Absences

• If a student takes leave, the schedule will remain reserved as long as the monthly fee is paid.
• Make-up classes may be arranged for short absences, but they cannot always be guaranteed.
• Long leaves (more than 5 days in a row) may not be covered with make-up classes.

6) Missed Classes

If a student misses a class without notice, it will be marked as absent. Make-up classes may be possible depending on availability but are not always guaranteed.

7) Class Cancellations by Student

If you wish to cancel a class for a certain day, kindly inform us at least 6 hours in advance so that we can arrange a make-up class if possible.

8) Prolonged Absences

If a student is absent for more than two weeks without informing us, the enrollment may be canceled and fees will not be refunded.

9) Privacy and Safety

For safety reasons, please do not share personal contact details or payment information with tutors directly. All communication regarding fees and scheduling should be done through the academy.

10) Class Arrangements

From time to time, we may adjust class timings or assign a different tutor if needed, to ensure smooth learning.

11) Special Holidays

Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha holidays are counted as paid leaves and are included in the monthly fee. There will be no refunds or make-up classes for these days.

12) Updates to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

13) Applicability

These terms apply to all students of JH Quran Academy worldwide.
